Enterprise systems background, now building in the cloud.
I'm a Cloud/DevOps engineer in the making — 1.8 years as an IFS Technical Consultant gave me a grounding in production systems, PL/SQL, and enterprise data migrations. Since late 2024, I've been deliberately upskilling into AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD — learning by shipping real, deployed projects instead of tutorials. This site is one of them: containerized, deployed via CI/CD, running on Terraform-provisioned AWS infrastructure.

stage: build → deploy
Built and deployed this site as a containerized application: Dockerized with Nginx, infrastructure provisioned via Terraform, and deployed to AWS EC2 through an automated GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline (build → push to ECR → deploy).
stage: provision
Built a reusable Terraform module architecture provisioning EC2 instances, key pairs, and security groups across dev/stage/prod using Terraform workspaces, with remote state management via S3 backend.

Took a planned career break to focus on health and intentional upskilling. Used the time to build hands-on cloud and DevOps expertise — AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD — through real, deployed projects rather than passive learning.
